Mark Baumgarten, host of MarkWHO42’s Universe, gives tribute to his friend, the late Ken Spivey. Ken was a musician who specialized in Doctor Who themed music and was even featured on MTV. He also ran a series of gatherings (he hated the word convention) called Time Lord Fest, which were held in Tampa, Orlando, and Jacksonville, Florida.
